This Mount Royal Jewel was in need of a much needed makeover both inside and out for a couple who were downsizing. Removing the old dated porch and refinishing the exterior with a new material in a contrasting black and white, new concrete work and landscaping , lighting and windows changed the curb appeal immediately. Opening up the small spaces inside allowed movement and light, and a beautiful flow for our clients. Dramatic touches in the main bath and kitchen completed the space.
